i had a problem with this last year. I hope they handle this better this year. Eventually customer service did apply the credit manully. + for that.

Loaded $125 like someone mentioned and also got the 2% back using checking. So hopefully get the $10 for loading $100, $5 for loading $25 plus the 2% for an extra $2.50 credit! *fingers crossed*
