Who would buy these?
9V batteries are about the most expensive battery solution for a flashlight. No rechargable options and 9V has relatively few mAh per battery. The 9V is also not the easiest battery to find and when available costs about 10x what AA cost per battery for equivalent brands.

My wife takes all the AA,AAA,C and D batteries for her “toys” so this could be useful and she doesn’t have any 9v toys.
