Don't do it. It's handled by Synchrony Bank (like so many smaller store cards) and they're total **** to deal with. And I'm someone with mid-700s credit score, it's just an obnoxious user experience trying to deal with your account. Get the normal card through Chase instead, much easier though with lower rewards.
Also note that 5% cashback only applies if you're the PRIMARY Prime account holder. If you've been added-on to Prime by another family member, no cashback for you.
