Not too much tuna! If you workout and count macros, you need a ton of protein, I'm a buck ten, dripping wet and I need 160 grams/day. These little babies are sodium nightmares, but deliver a punch of protein for cheap. AND tasty if you add some veggies and seasoning.

FYI everyone, Walmart sells their brand for a TINY bit cheaper ($34.55 for the same number of cans) only in 4-packs instead of 48 packs. if you want them delivered you have to buy two 4-packs at a time though. Their version is better! It's somehow closer to albacore consistency vs. the tuna-soup you get with Skarkist and BumbleBee. But it has 10 extra calories and only 1 extra gram of protein.
