This one seems quite a bit less than the usual price for this type of light. It's also 4500 lumen as opposed to 6k or 8k with many of them. Since my garage isn't that big, at this price, this might be the one to try out to see how this style really works.
Ordered one ($11.69) - I'll update when it arrives
watts per lumen in light bulbs is quite not linear nor is it consistent across vendors. Per one chart online, a 45W LED would put out 5800 Lumens and be equiv. to a 300W incandescent. 4500 Lumens of this Tribrite would correlate roughly to a 240W incandescent (and should only take 36 W if it were more typical in efficiency). https://images.adsttc.com/media/images/5b35/32b3/f197/cca2/3e00/0149/slideshow/open-uri20180628-23117-13izuy5.jpg for reference used. (I still ordered one for fun!)

Fakespot is seldom correct. People need to read the reviews themselves and make the decision to buy.
Thank you!
