From reading the comments/reviews, this is a specialty product for those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This does not appear to be a product for just maintaining a healthy gut.
For folks that have no GI problems and just want to maintain regularity and good health, I recommend the probiotic PB8. I've been taking it for about 3 years (one capsule daily) and I feel great.
