Very dangerous thing. And, the oil is $$$ and a pain to get rid of or store if U want to re-use it. There are commercial places here that will fry up a Turkey, etc. if U want to test out the cooking method. I've had 'em and while nice for a change, I can't see going thru the hassle. I can cook a turkey in the oven as good as anybody's.
