Disney+ will debut November 12th at $6.99 per month and will be available on most streaming devices, including Apple TV, Android and iOS devices, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Chromecast, Roku and Android TV.

The "fine print" states upto 4 concurrent streams at one time per account, so that's pretty good.

One thing that confused me was this statement:
"This purchase does not include Hulu or ESPN+. A bundle will be available on Nov. 12th, 2019 for $12.99/month."

I can't get if this is meant to be two separate statements or (as I read it) means a Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ bundle will be available for $12.99/month.
