disposable flashlight? 15 seconds to activate? needs water? who would get something so absurd? if you want one without batteries, then get one with a crank.

I saw no mention of brightness, but based on the runtime and how it's powered, by two little encapsulated LEDs, probably somewhere between 4-40 lumens.
