just a friendly reminder you probably want to check whether you completely downgraded to the free basic plan and without any premium services, otherwise you'll see monthly charges.
Spent several hours but I finally got mine working (used phone and text). There are some apps for troubleshooting and performance monitoring which help. Mine shows a data speed of about 40 mbps.

Thanks. Just found out today.
Mine are data only. It's been a while so I'm not sure I signed up for data only plan. Sucks.
