I like their seasonings but they're quite hard/dense, for best results need to be put on early so exposed to moisture for a while. - dave_c
I have the same issue, but with onion powder. You could practically build castle walls with the stuff once it cakes up. I always end up chiseling off chunks and putting them in a blender/grinder before it’s usable again.
