I have never seen anything like this with a "used - like new" option. That isn't what this deal is but who is buying used cloths?

often reclassifies things as like new for reasons as simple as a scuffed or dented package. Almost nothing that I ever bought from
Amazon
Warehouse (now resale) appeared to actually be a used item. The one thing that does come to mind that was obviously opened by someone else and returned was a USB flash drive - probably returned because it had a hidden security partition and the prior customer must have thought it only had half the true capacity. I just had to load the software to nuke the hidden partition, make one single partition and reformat.
