It's pretty easy to do and works well. Ream the hole. Then coat the plug with rubber cement and jam it in there. I never have to do it twice.

I can verify this one works quite well. Buy one for each of your cars along with a can of fix a flat just in case. For this price, why not? It will be twice that if you need it from a convenience store if you are lucky enough to be near one of you flat.
