^ 750mg sodium per serving isn't that bad, except for their nonsense idea of what a serving is, states add 1lb meat, then it's 8 servings, so only 2oz of meat and 80 calories from this, is nowhere near what I'd consider a sit-down meal quantity.
One option is just put more meat in, but I like Creole over Cajun (this Zatarains has no tomato in it), so would add tomato, and some okra, add more peppers too, then you've cut the per serving sodium a lot.
