1) Their prices are not clear.
You see some discount on product page, then in cart you see full price for each product and total discount.
When you place order you will see smaller discount applied on a product then it was promised on product page.
Had to call to cancel order a few times because of that.
They just count that most people won't call because of a few bucks.
And there is no way to cancel order online - you have to call.
2) very often they compare prices not to "sold by " but marketplace.
3) Also their delivery time is not fulfilled.
E.g., Promise Delivery in 1-2 days but they can ship in 5 days with 2 days delivery.
So, what is benefit of jet - saving 5-7% with slow shipment. With Store card I have additional 4% of credit. And with Prime I have the same or next day shipping with the same $35 order limit.
Phishing methodology!!!
The only possible benefit I see when buying expensive stuff where I'd prefer using Visa/Amex cards for extended warranty.
