If you're eating 10 of these it might be your main meal for the day and then some, so it wouldn't be hard for a guy to fit these into a healthy diet by merely eating a bit lighter and less salty the rest of the day and part of the next day.
So it goes with any diet, unless you want to eat a boring routine then you give one day and take the next. It's not hard to fit almost anything into a healthy diet if you just balance it out.
I think the only thing I have ever found McDonalds good of were their apple pies, Otherwise I refuse to eat there food unless someone else is paying, and even then I just get their fish without tartar sauce.
