I bought a refurbished coffee brewer from buy dig. when it arrived it didn't work properly so they were going to charge me to send it back. I ended up keeping it and fixing the brewer myself.
The last 2 times I ordered something from buydig.com they truncated the address wrong when handing it off to USPS. The first time I went to the post office and luckily got the package and was able to see what they did: buydig had printed the shipping label with only the numbers and no street. The second time I ordered from them I checked the tracking info too late to see and they had already sent it back.
Buydig.com customer support stated it was my fault for entering a wrong address and to check the address and re-order. No thanks, not going to be ordering from them if they can't ship to me for some reason without screwing up the shipping label every time. Probably something specific to my address but it seems very straightforward and something like: 123456 Pond Creek Dr.
I used it on a Olympus Tough Camera, the $25 was taken right off at checkout. However, it seems with BuyDig there is no shipment tracking, order still has not arrived and been 12 days on a 3-5 day order...so $25 off may not be that great if the product never comes, LOL
