They confirmed my order this morning then cancelled it before noon. The thing that pisses me off is that they are blaming it on the customers.
"We've been actively working on your order and need to provide you an important update.
Unfortunately, items on your order placed on July 15, 2015 has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information. "
I chatted online with a rep and they said there was a typo in my address (there was not) and the credit card company would not authorize the purchase (the credit card company did no such thing, I still have a pending charge on my account).
I bought two. Just got the cancelation email but was refunded a 'partial refund' of 9.01 of the original 30$ I paid for two cards.... Anyone else? Advice? Surely I'm owed at least a full refund...
Mine hasn't been cancelled yet *crossing my fingers, it says its in the preparing order stage which is the 3rd stage. I'm anticipating a cancellation tomorrow morning. Anyone actually have theirs ship?

if you order too much, they usually just cancel yours.
