Unfortunately, this has a TN screen, the worst type. Generally that means you get color shifting when you're not looking at it straight on, and poor color.
The processor is the biggest difference between the dell and Lenovo. You get twice the geekbench score with the Lenovo, that score indictates the Lenovo is twice the speed of the Dell.
You can always update the hard drive, probably not the processor

The Dell has double the hard drive space, and a better screen, for $77 less.
You can always update the hard drive, probably not the processor
