Far more important than squirting some purell on your fingers. Wash, wash, wash. I must have averaged 20+ complete hand washings every 8 hours, for over 40 years, with sanitizer use in between. Hand washing is the best way not to catch, or spread, infectious diseases.
No medical experience so you can listen or not. Just don't touch your face, why do you need to? Stop rubbing your eyes, picking your nose and no fingers in your mouth. Also, don't touch your food when you eat. Problem solved, your hands can be as dirty as heck if that's how you are.
