Eating it is more like heart roulette. Seriously though, there really is no reason to overload with salt. Spices are cheap enough as is.

If the spice packet isn't mixed in you could just use PART of it to reduce sodium.

I got these the other day. They're the freshest I've ever had. And they're delicious. They expire in July of 2020. I've gotten similar noodles from
Amazon
that were near the expiration date. This was a pleasant surprise. If you want less salt or for the noodles to be less spicy, feel free to adjust how much of the spice packet you use. You could also season the noodles however you wish, and just toss the spice packet.
