Did HD outsourced their website to India or China? I tried to place an ordered using three good CC and none of them was accepted. What's up HD? I ended up buying the same things on Lowes Home. Stay away from HD if you don't want to get pissed off. :)
That is a bit odd to not be able to complete an order with an extremely well known and trusted retailer. I only use PayPal with the HomeDespot, and never encounter issues. It is a bit ironic if they do outsource their web portal to China as they carry more made in USA items than bLowe's does. One good place to see the difference is in the electrical department. The Cooper junk that bLowe's stocks is all made in China, at least some of the Leviton items at the HomeDespot are made in the USA.
