Run this one with an 18650 or buy the insert and you can use 2 CR123 batteries for a noticeable increase in brightness.

I got the two pack the last time they were on sale. I'm happy. I'd be happier if they were single mode (full brightness) because that is ideal for a tactical application. A momentary on/off switch seems to be too much to ask for however.
