Be careful when buying any Rolex without the manufacturers warranty.
I concur. Not that I would throw away good money on a watch priced at 10x its real value because of its brand, Jomashop is a gray market watch seller. They are not an "official Rolex retailer" and are basically a reseller of pre-owned watches (even if they're new in the box). This watch's webpage indicates a 2-year Jomashop warranty (which is standard) .
I've purchased divers watches from Jomashop and they're a completely legitimate online retailer. The prices are good-to-very-good and the customer service is outstanding.
As to warranty, just be aware of what you're purchasing when you order a watch from a gray market seller.

Two things, this watch retails at around $5,050, so you are saving more than just $50. Second, the watch color/dial can be changed out to another color if you dont like champagne.
