Hard to get very excited about this deal when they've been buy one get one free for so long at T-Mobile (plus the included Samsung perks).

Samsung themselves is giving $300 trade in credit. This $200 is not very attractive.

Phones keep getting ridiculously expensive. Thank goodness for competition. $300 or less would be the right price for a phone.

Samsung pay is an app that's already on the phone. Just like with any other payment service u link a credit card or bank account to it. I signed up, linked a cc card, uploaded the receipt, and had my $200 within an hour.

yes, it's pricey. but u get what you pay for, and with Samsung that's actually A LOT. I'm still using my note 3 from several years ago. it's that good. but I will go for an upgrade shortly to get the NFC capability that will allow me to do contactless payments via Android Pay. it's cool technology.
