Got something similar with a "strike cap" at HF for $6.18 after a 20% off coupon.

^ How so? $6.18 after 20% off would be $7.73 when their items end in 99 cent prices, and there don't appear to be any on their site that have a strike cap, unless their site search isn't finding them. Have an item #?
