^ Used in moderation, it isn't likely to be a major contributor to whatever disease ends up getting you in the end, if it's not a texting teenager driving a jacked up brodozer.
^ nevertheless, even in moderation, sugar and HFCS still messes with your metabolism and triggers receptors in your brain that have been proven (100%) to lead to cravings for more, and increased feelings hunger, and also trigger cellular inflammatory response. Best to avoid all refined carbs and "minimize" all others.
^ Wasted effort though, trying to get everyone to give up deserts, sugary beverages, and even fruit if you want to extend the argument, and artificial sweetners have drawbacks as well.
