The price on the versions of this router go up depending upon the sq ft coverage the router provides

Heh... the price of this, on sale, probably exceeds the sum total cost of all the routers I've ever bought for my own personal use, excluding what I built from partially reclaimed PC parts which is hard to equate.

Granted, I'm a ghetto dog about finding deals on stuff like that, sometimes with the help of Ben's.
