Which was my goal... Couldn't buy that one so built my own from scratch. The reviews on the Lowe's one... Wood is really expensive, so this might be a way to save some $.
I built my own from scratch as well (12x20). Used a gambrel roof which made it pretty tall and allowed a whole second story to put builky seldom used stuff. The whole build including floor, footers, and paint was about $3k before the lumber shortage.
So if you can wait to build, you should do so.
