Got the XP15000HX... So far, so good. Powers the entire house, including well pump, and 5 ton central heat pump system (with soft start kit installed) using propane. Load balancing is required when running pump or AC, but it's purpose is for emergency power during extended power outages. So not a bug deal to load balance as needed.

I bought similar unit last year, used it twice since then, no issues or problems. I have only run it on propane so far since that means I do not need to drain / stabilize gas and deal with those issues but have that option if running it for extended periods
