Not sure if these are the same situation but recently I tried Curad silicone bandaids.
They're supposed to release easily and they do, but far TOO easily. I mostly get cuts on my hands from being too lazy to put gloves on before doing work, and they fall right off every time I wash my hands.
On the positive side, they don't leave any trace of adhesive behind, so maybe they'd be okay if I put a layer of surgical tape over them to hold them on, but if I'm going to do that, I could just about use a square of paper towel instead of the bandaid under the tape.
