These days you gotta worry about whether the laptops can upgrade to 11 or not. Looks like MS is holding a hard line on updates to Win 10.

Meh. There are ways to put Win11 on it.

You shouldn't want Win11, so whether it can be downgraded to that is irrelevant, even better if MS pushes an auto-update and you're unfortunate enough not to block that, but still fortunate enough that your system doesn't have that happen.
