^ Heh, that video doesn't make it seem very appetizing but I'll use some every now and then, in dishes that can tolerate a little sweetness like those put in a marinade, otherwise I'll get a bit of that umami flavor from soy sauce or other various seasonings. I don't use enough to manage 128oz worth at a time.
^ Not only the process isn't appetizing but if you look closely at those machines or containers, where they pour the secret sauce in to all have corrosion or tarnish build up. I a-ssume that is where the yummy flavor really came from. LOL
