Just used the code and worked great. I had to start over with the sign in page…didn’t want to work on the linked page which was weird.

I am a current subcriber and none of the codes worked. However, if I use my old account that has been cancelled for over a year, then only the 6 month code works. PEAT4VNFWRKCTAK - did not work. PEABESRFGR62ZN2 - worked.

So I also canceled though I'm good through 11/24/24. Entering both codes gave me an error. I have a button stating - restart this account. Is this what I click and then add codes? I don't want to click restart and pay the $39.99 for the year.

I am currently subscribed through the end of the month, but I turned off my auto renew. I was able to use the code and add a year onto my service. So I'm expiring at the end of Nov 2025 now.
So if you are currently subscribed, try turning off your auto-renew.
