Set for a full reveal March 3 at this year’s Geneva International Motor Show, Aston’s Martin’s latest beast, the Vulcan, looks a bit like the thing Doc Brown might show up in if he was from 2050. This racetrack-only monster of a supercar undoubtedly sits in the price range of you’re dreaming to go marry a billionaire. They’re only making 24 of them, and if you do happen to be filthy rich (first of all, why are you on this website?), and you do happen to be a little insane, you’ll actually need to take lessons with Aston Martin before you can take the thing on the track by yourself. “Born out of extensive motorsport experience – and using the brand’s acknowledged flair for design and engineering ingenuity – the 800-plus bhp, all-carbon fibre Aston Martin Vulcan promises truly extreme performance.

Uniquely for Aston Martin the new supercar – limited to just 24 examples worldwide – will allow owners the opportunity to precisely tailor their track day experience through a graduating scale of detailed power and dynamic performance adjustments.”

Sometimes pictures don’t quite do the job. Behold this teaser trailer for a car. Yes, those are flames erupting from the side exhausts.

If that doesn’t entice you even a little bit, you have no right watching Spectre when it comes out, even if all you care about is seeing that sweet Daniel Craig body one more time on the big screen.

For the real gritty details, those available prior the the vehicle’s official reveal, head over to Aston Martin’s website. However, “performance data, together with further technical details about the ultra-exclusive track-only supercar, will be released closer to its track debut later this year,” according to the press release. It probably goes at least 500 miles per hour. Or just 88.

Of any real implication is one quick line in the press release, which explains that the vehicle was engineered “with a design language hinting at the next generation of Aston Martin sports cars.” So, you know, if you aren’t the kind of guy on the Aston Martin “VIP sales program,” you could be the guy that buys the lesser version through the normal person sales program. Or you could just drive the lesser version in Forza 8. The Vulcan will be sold as $200 downloadable content, because of inflation and stuff.
