As students head back to college and high school, there are a ton of companies offering discounted services and products to students. Here’s a collection of our favorite digital subscription discounts for students:

1 Month of YouTube Premium / $0

Google is offering students one free month of YouTube Premium (or three free months of YouTube Music Premium). After that, the subscription price for the service rises to $7-a-month (discounted from the normal price of $12-a-month).

Students can keep that discounted rate pending annual verification of their student status. Alternatively, students can get a discount rate of $5-a-month for YouTube Music Premium (rather than the full price of $10-a-month).

Six Months of Prime Student / $0

Ideal for any students that want access to free delivery on Amazon purchases as well as perks like Amazon Video, Prime Student lets student use the benefits of Prime for free for a full six months.

After the six month trial period is up, Amazon is offering a discount rate of $6.49-a-month for continued service. Alternatively, Amazon offers a $59-a-year option if students want a further discount. That’s 50% off the retail price of Prime.

Office 365 Education / $0

If your school doesn’t offer free access to Office products like Word or the computer lab is simply too far away, check out the Office 365 Education edition. Using a .edu school email address, you can get free access to the Office suite of products.

Like other subscriptions, access to Office 365 Education edition will need to be renewed on a yearly basis. If your access expires for any reason, you will still be able to view documents, but not edit them.

Amazon Music Unlimited / $1-a-month

Also newly announced this month, Amazon is offering students a discount rate of $1-per-month for the Music Unlimited service. That’s significantly cheaper than the $8-per-month rate for regular users.  Of course, the caveat is that you need to be a member of Prime Student in order to activate the discount price.

Apple Music Student / $5-a-month

If you prefer Apple Music over other music services, students can take advantage of a 50% discount the service for up to 48 months. That’s a $5-a-month cost instead of $10-a-month. Similar to other student services, you will have to re-verify your subscription status from time to time.

Spotify with Hulu and Showtime / $5-a-month

Definitely on the coolest bundle options for students seeking both music and video entertainment, Spotify has teamed up with Hulu and Showtime to offer students services at an 80% discount. It includes Spotify Premium, Hulu with ads and Showtime for just $5 a month.

If you subscribed to those services separately, it would cost $27-a-month. You do need to be over the age of 18 to subscribe and will be required to re-verify eligibility every 12 months.

50% off a full year of Evernote Premium

If you are looking for a good note-taking app for your high school or college courses, Evernote Premium is an excellent option. The premium version of this app can be subscribed to for just $48 a year if you are a student, a significant discount for anyone on a budget.
