Honestly this is about the cheapest treadmill you will want to buy. The cheaper ones are super flimsy and are really only suitable for walking
A running space of 20x55 is going to be okay for runners sub 6 foot whose stride isn't very long.
The motor is ok. 2.5chp is about the bare minimum you will want for jogging. The rollers are a bit small so you may see some faster belt wear. It will not change speed super quickly like the nicer ones you see in gyms but it can get the job done. In other words, don't expect perfect interval/sprint training.
This is about the bare bones most basic treadmill you should buy. But if you can afford $1000-$1200 that is when they start to get better.
Good info omomom! I ordered one a few days ago and since there's a 2 week back-order delay, I have 2 weeks to change my mind. But I think this is the best quality treadmill you can get for $600 right now. There's a LIFETIME warranty on the motor and frame.
