At some points these SSD's are becoming big and and cheap enough that even a no name brand like this can be trusted in a RAID configuration.

This is a somewhat decent brand, its no Samsung EVO but at least you are still getting DRAM cache and 3 year warranty with 3 million hours MTBF.
Seems as if the coupon code is only good on the 128GB version.
