I am an engineer, so the following is anecdotal and not performed doing any of that electrical engineering magic I learned in school... just got it yesterday, charged it overnight. My wife's Galaxy S9+ was at 66%, so we put it on and it fully charged pretty quickly using the wireless feature. Her phone has a 3500 mAH battery, so rough number is 1166 charge and the battery pack went down to 78%, so 2200 mAH used from battery pack so almost 50% loss, but that is the overhead cost with wireless tech. If this shocks you, look at solar panels and air paint sprayers to see other overhead numbers.
I have a phone with a 5300 Mah battery. Most 10K Mah battery packs expend close to 100% fora full charge using a cable. Even wired tech has a lot of overhead.
Got one, found it to be too slow through the ONE USB cable, and even slower using wireless Used it to charge Galaxy Note 9 It is extremely BULKY! and most phones will not settle well on it, it takes so little to tip them over
Honestly? There are many better options! I, personally, regret my purchase. YMMV
