Rosewill is known for being a purveyor of cheap ****. Not that there's anything wrong with cheap **** in the general sense, but I'd be worried about it when used for a mains power application that can spark a fire.

Use it in a cheap home for some cheap device, it should be fine. Otherwise, end the cheap life. Not too bad.
