I have the series 5 and love it Braun shavers.
My first electric shaver and I will never go back to manual blades.

I had the series 9 and the foils would last a year maximum if lucky. I doubt the foils on this cheaper model would last 6 months max. Replacement foils kill the future longevity of any electric shaver hence why I now use razor blades.
