Do you have to be an existing T-Mobile customer I wonder? In the form it asks for your "T-Mobile" mobile number. There is also something about getting an invite, so it may be hit or miss if you didn't get an invite or if you are not already a T-Mobile customer.
"How shall we contact you to hook you up? If available in your area, we’ll contact you to complete your purchase."
Um, hard pass. How about just tell me if you can provide service at the address I entered? No? So this was an intentional marketing gimmick to slurp people's info.
Live chat is just as elusive. "Just fill out the form and we will contact you..."
No, don't bait-and-switch me. You're lucky to be the only alternative to Verizon in my area for cell service.
We need better advertisement laws in the U.S. At the top of their Home Internet page: "INTRODUCING T-MOBILE HOME INTERNET. Because everyone deserves to be connected."
Availability tool does nothing but routes you to a form to provide your contact info.
if you're eligible (i am), they'll let you know on the subsequent page. but yeah, i agree they should just tell you yes/no based on your address. no way in heck i'm going to try this. i'll wait for 5G.
My mobile phone service has been with T-Mobile since 2005, after I got fed-up with Verizon. So far, I'm happy with T-Mobile. I'll check this out, and I hope it's available in my area so I can kiss AT&T goodbye forever.
Yes you have to be a existing customer. It's $50 a month with auto pay for 50gb per second available in select areas. When you check availability, if it has you fill out the form, it means it's not available in your area and you will be put on the waiting list. I have it and I absolutely love it.

I'll roll the dice on more spam. I only get **** at&t available at my house and would take a chance on this for a couple months to get back to at&t promotional prices.
When I try to check availability, I get "If available in your area, we’ll contact you to complete your purchase." after I put my address in. I am in South Jersey. I wonder how reliable it is compared to Fios. My Fios internet has been rock solid, very reliable.

It depends (it's 4G LTE). Jump to Speed and Latency section at https://www.t-mobile.com/responsibility/consumer-info/policies/internet-service
