It is seldom that I am totally negative about a product. This is one of those times. These are garbage. Avoid them at all costs. The "one spool" is the size of a spool of thread. It's under powered, awkward, unbalanced. I can't say enough bad things about it. Fisher Price makes a better trimmer than this thing.
