I have the 1.75Qt model and love it. Enough for one, and does a great job in what air fryers do well. Regarding the engineering on this? It has been extremely easy to clean. I like the mechanical timer as apposed to the touch screen controls of others.
My only misgiving is the fact that the "tub" that you place the food in has a raised insert of a platform that has three rubber like covers for the contact point. I haven't a clue on how long those will last. However, the product came with an "extra" rubber cover for one of the contact points for the raised insert.
All in all, I love this simple air fryer. Home made fries take 15 minutes from scrubbed potatoes, to finished product. And does a great job on per-prepared frozen items like chicken wings.
I have cooking sprayed the tub and the raised platform prior to cooking, and it has been extremely easy to clean so far.
