Great system, the best part is the super inexpensive monitoring ($100/year) which includes cell connection. Super easy to install, and well integrated with all other Ring devices. One regret: siren is weak and sensor open announce does not use voice messages like "Patio door opened", just chimes. My neighbor has an expensive system that does that, and it's nice -- but hardly a dealbreaker.
This is the system I've been recommending to my friends; I used to recommend Simplisafe but this is way cheaper -- to the point that it makes sense to replace an existing Simplisafe system with this, because monitoring is so much cheaper.
