Given that Nvidia has pulled a "Trump" (I don't talk about that birth'er thing anymore) with G-Sync and most understand their proprietary Hardware work-a-round for VESA 'Adaptive-Sync' or Free-Sync is now waning. Monitors like this are still a penchant for some (?), but are destine to slowly fade from memory as just another "go-it-alone" until open source community standard best'ed and beat them. Then they hope you... For-get-a-bout-it.
Funny this monitor got down to $359 back early Nov 2018... now it's back up 25%! Why, you can just get a Free-Sync monitor and receive 98% of the 'Adaptive-Sync' goodness rather than this waning G-Sync odious Nvidia end-around it ran on it's fans.
Replied for the previous comment. You don’t get 98% goodness from FreeSync or adaptive sync if you’re using nVidia graphic cards. But nVidia is starting to enable g-sync on some freesync monitors. G-sync algorithms is still better than freesync
