When you consider the generosity of this outfit, I think other manufacturers should hang their collective heads in SHAME! BTW, I am currently awaiting a refund for a previous piece of **** 3D printer I purchased on their last "EVENT"! It has only been slightly OVER 6 MONTHS and counting. The printer actually printed 3 items the size of a US quarter before dying!
