Yea, not a deal seeing you're supposedly to get a RTX 2060 for $350-370 or 10% more for a performance uplift of around 20%. Seeing this at least a good construction Strix I'd say this is now valued at $320.

While I take issue of ingratiating it as "Features 4K capabilities" that a little much to infer it's a card to buy for 4K... and it really never was.. The 1070Ti, 1080 and Vega 64 are honestly to lowest you consider for 4K both then and now. This is a fine 1440p card.

No one is "shouting out" that a card that's 10% faster and only 1.5% higher price at $340 is a "great deal". Even while it includes 3 new 2019 Games, not some "virtual ****" that they have to tell you has a "value of $45".

Yes, this is less and less a deal...

Buy used one on
Ebay
with box for $200 and less sometimes.
Some may give you receipt if you ask nicely.

Or sadly buy overpriced rtx 2060 or wait for gtx1160
