Just snagged a copy (Premium) -- code worked without a hitch and program downloaded and installed with no issues. Activation key also worked as expected. My only regret is that I'm moving from TaxAct to H&R so I have to re-enter all the usual annoying data. I thought that H&R might automagically import from my 1040 PDF but I think not.

The inability to directly import brokerage data is the deal breaker for me.

You can import from you PDF, I just did it yesterday.
