^ I wouldn't put too much stock in that, there were only two 1 star reviews with one being DOA and the other, someone who didn't realize it wasn't a 1500W heater (only 950W).

The Aldi stores in Maryland have small heaters for between $7 and $20 right now. I purchased the $7 heater yesterday and it has a thermostat and works well for the price.

Don't buy this..its horrible. This is more like a toy then a heater, after running it for 2 hours, the temp inside my room didn't go up at all.
